In the Cashier’s Checks and Corporate Drafts session, we reviewed common problems such as counterfeit and altered items, and refund requests onlost or stolen items. The ACH Network Changes session summarized a few minor changes to the ACH Rules for 2012, and a potentially major change coming next year.
Our SunCasts are short presentations on timely topics of interest to our member credit unions. Most of the recorded sessions last no more than a few minutes. All past presentations are available from our SunCast library archive in the News & Education section of our website.
