mACH™ Training Options

We have two sessions available for training your staff on the new mACH™ (Members ACH) System. The System Overview session covers the basic functions of file receipt, file import, returns/NOCs, file submission, and reports. The Origination Module session covers all the origination functions. User Guides for the main system and the origination module contain details on all system features.

Both sessions are available as either a live webinar or a recorded training presentation. The current schedule of live sessions is available for registration from the Online Learning Center (http://suncorp.webex.com). The recorded training presentations are available at any time from the Recorded Sessions section of the Online Learning Center.
