SunCorp's Annual Meeting Results
SunCorp’s 34th Annual Meeting was held on May 23, 2012 with 29 members physically present. The annual report was officially presented and reviewed during the meeting. 
Kim Withers, the CEO of Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union in Cheyenne, Wyoming was elected Chair of the Board. Greg Hill, the CEO of Community Financial Credit Union in Broomfield, Colorado was elected Vice Chair, and Todd Adamson, the CEO at Cyprus Federal Credit Union in West Jordan, Utah was elected Secretary/Treasurer. Don Killeen, a long time volunteer for both the Nebraska Corporate and SunCorp, was unable to serve another term because of the new regulatory restrictions. Don was replaced by Jim Hofeling, the CEO of Jordan Federal Credit Union in Sandy, Utah.
The Supervisory Committee was appointed and includes: Rainy Thoen (Community Choice CU) as Chair, Bill Willingham (WyHy FCU) as Vice Chair/Secretary, and Carlos Pacheco (Premier Members FCU).
Mark Lau, the CEO of Denver Fire Department Federal Credit Union stepped down as Chairman of the Board (but will remain a Board member) after serving almost 7 years in that position. Mark was recognized at the Annual Meeting for his time, commitment and leadership.
